After getting some answers from his contact in the CIA, Vincent confirms a suspicion that seems to cause him more anger than comfort while raising more questions as well. Both Vincent and the CIA are in a rat race for answers but Vincent's methods prove to cover a far larger range of strategies. As Garrett provides Oscar with much needed information about Vincent's lucrative history in the CIA, the ronin contractor wastes no time in using his own resources within the criminal underworld; revealing the inner workings of the ronin network while bringing him 'face to face' with the client that put him on the CIA's radar.
