If you are unhappy with the Digital Collectible or off-chain digital book you have purchased, you can request a refund using the contact form in your
Dashboard. Refunds are granted at the discretion of CryptoComics.
Due to the nature of blockchain publishing, Digital Collectibles cannot be returned or refunded. In rare cases, CryptoComics will consider refunding the currency used to purchase a Digital Collectible. This will be entirely at the discretion of CryptoComics.
Any refund granted to you will be made in the same currency in which you originally made a purchase.
