In this final installment, Cleo's modern origins are revealed. A funeral is held for a dear old friend, and there's enough blame to go around for everyone. Matilda leaves on bad terms. Tony tries to keep Cleo from descending into a deep depression. And right when things get about as bad as they possibly can, the Heart Shaped Killer moves in to finish the job he started. Cleo faces the fight of her life, and a new TidalWave hero is born.
