Atoman

Atoman was created by Jerry Robinson and first appeared in 1946 in Spark Comics. In 1950, the comic was reprinted in New World Comics where Atoman was renamed to Atomaster. Working at the Atomic Institute, Barry Dale discovers that he has assimilated the power of the atom and possesses super strength, flight, super-speed, invulnerability, the ability to weld metal with his hands, and other abilities as a result of working on radium and uranium.
