Grand Master Ko and his Orthros companions have finally arrived at Dragon Branch Main, only to find an irate Grand Master Michael awaiting them. Now within the confines of Dragon Branch, Ko must prove his innocence when confronted with terroristic allegations. How will he be able to do so in the presence of a Government Representative, who stands as his accuser? What effect will this have on Ko's plan for a potential alliance with Dragon Branch? Meanwhile, in Ezrietta, Dyku struggles with the idea of his other being a legendary secret agent and Master Sage known as the Blue Dragonesse. Besides that, the party is at a standstill, trying to figure out how to bait a pack of wolves that prefers to remain hidden.
