There are several options for publishing your book in the CryptoComics Marketplace. It is free to publish off-chain digital books, or to make your book available for borrowing in the CryptoComics Library.
There may be a "gas" fee for publishing to certain blockchains. Currently, we do not charge for publishing to the Polygon blockchain.
Gas is the fee required to successfully conduct a transaction or execute a contract on the blockchain platform. Gas is used to pay validators for the resources needed to conduct transactions. If a gas fee is required to publish a book, you will see the amount required prior to publishing, or you can choose to publish using any of the free publishing options that are available.
